ORDER CANCELLATION, DELIVERY AND RETURNS
All orders placed with The Carpet Showroom are subject to a 7 day cooling off period, during which a customer can cancel their order with no charge. Customer can opt out of this cooling off period, but by doing so commit to purchasing their order.
Once the cooling off period for an order has expired, or where a customer has opted out of the cooling off period, any cancelled order is subject to a charge. These charges vary depending on the product ordered and the current stage of the order process. If a carpet has been cut to size for you order, then the order can no longer be cancelled.
Delivery of The Carpet Showroom orders takes between 5 and 14 days, subject to stock availability. If flooring is out of stock, delivery time can take 4 to 6 weeks.
Guarantees for products vary. If a particular flooring range includes guarantee, this information will be clearly displayed on the product page.
