How long does my guarantee last?

The length of a guarantee is dependent on the product type and can be found within the product information pages where applicable.

What happens after I place an order?

After you place an order, it can take 10-14 days (providing the product is in stock) until the fitter calls, to book a fitting.

Do you offer a room clearance service?

We offer a room clearance service at a cost.

What is the returns and refund policy?

If there is a fault with the product, an inspection will take place and either a refund or replacement will be offered. If there is no fault with the carpet but you would still like it to be changed, there are two potential possibilities. 1. If the carpet has been cut the supplier, there will be a fee, obtainable from the supplier. If the carpet has been cut by the fitter, it cannot be cancelled in this instance.

How long do I have to return an item?

If the item has been ordered and cut from the roll, there is a cancellation fee that you must pay. However, the customer will have to pay for this - how ever if it is faulty we would get it inspected and take from there.

How long will it take between picking my floor or carpet and having it fitted?

Approximately three weeks; 10-14 days for the product to be delivered by the supplier and seven days for the carpet to be fitted.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver and fit carpet to all homes in the UK and Northern Ireland. However The Carpet Showroom does not deliver to the following areas of the UK and Ireland: Jersey (JE), Guernsey (GY), Isle of Man (IM), Isle of Wight (PO), Republic of Ireland and certain areas of the Scottish Highlands.
